Originally from Singapore. At home everywhere.

Almost true. In the past 3 years, I have lived in 4 countries, on 3 continents, and made a bed in a dozen dwellings (give or take). That said, it sure feels good to be back in New York City, a place I have called Home for over 20 years.

My journey in production started in New York at The School of Visual Arts, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude in Film and Video. I worked on a myriad of projects, from cutting AP clips in a news room, to being a PA on music videos. A job line producing an Attract Loop (the kind of videos you see in retail stores) for Verizon led me to the world of advertising agencies. I joined the R/GA content studio between 2008 and 2013 as an integrated content producer, collaborating with teams across design, technology and production disciplines.

My agency experience continued at Havas from 2013 to 2016, where I helped champion the launch of Studio 6, the content agency for Havas N.A. As an agency producer, I oversaw TV campaigns, branded content, and experiences for a variety of platforms and new media. Most recently, I built and led a creative and production arm for US political data and tech agency, Hawkfish and The Engine Group to support the efforts of Mike Bloomberg’s 2020 presidential campaign.

I am grateful for the many friends, colleagues and mentors I have met along the way, who help keep the conversations generative, the thinking agile, and the work accountable. It means always listening, learning, and being open to something new.

When I am not working, I enjoy a diversity of experiences and connections, and thinking of all the fiction I will one day read.

Thank you for visiting! I’d love to hear from you.
